2010 PACE SETTER EVENT A HUGE SUCCESS

x

Escondido Mayor Lori Holt Pfeiler presents the 2010 Pace Setter Award to Debbie and Alan Gold. The Gold's are long time supporters of Neighborhood Healthcare and have made it possible for Neighborhood Healthcare to move forward on building a community health center in Poway.

We raised $167,000 with $33,700 of this raised specifically for health care for children who might otherwise go without needed care. The remaining $133,300 will go to our Endowment Fund to assure quality health care services will always be available, even in the hard times.

THANK YOU TREVOR'S TOYBOX

Neighborhood Healthcare's Play Therapy Room received nearly $2,000 of new toys, furniture and shelving thanks to Trevor's Toybox, a local nonprofit that honors Corey and Wendie Wigginton's son, Trevor. On April 5th, Neighborhood Healthcare's staff celebrated the generous gifts that will benefit thousands of children receiving behavioral healthcare by holding a ribbon cutting ceremony with staff and guests. For more information about Trevor's Toybox visit www.trevorstoybox.org.
