As we near the end of yet another year, I would like to pause and thank our dedicated team at Neighborhood, our community partners, and our donors. Your support brings positive change to our communities. Change you can see firsthand in the smiles of the patients we serve. We continue to provide services beyond our physical sites- leveraging our mobile health team, establishing off-site community vaccination sites, assisting with insurance enrollment, and serving as the community health provider our communities need.
As Chief Growth Officer, one of my goals is to create more awareness and link the community to needed resources and services. We have a small and passionate group of professionals among our Neighborhood team that lead our member engagement efforts. Member Engagement focuses on engaging with over 20,000 prospective patients annually who have not yet established care with a primary care provider. The team connects them to health care resources and a provider, schedules appointments, and answers any pending questions.
We look to build upon and establish new relationships to create awareness of the services offered at Neighborhood. Through these efforts, we have had a successful fundraising gala and have been awarded grant funding to expand our mobile health efforts. As a result, in 2022, we will provide mobile mental health services to local high schools.

Biography
As Neighborhood’s Chief Growth Officer, Alex is responsible for the growth and expansion of new and existing services. He has over 10 years of experience working with Federally Qualified Health Centers, half of those with Neighborhood. Alex joined the organization as Director of Operations and transitioned to a Revenue Cycle Director position before advancing to his current role as Chief Growth Officer.
