A community where everyone is healthy and happy. We’re with you every step of the way, with the care you need for each of life’s chapters. At Neighborhood, we are Better Together. As a private, non-profit 501(C) (3) community health organization, we serve more than 500k medical, dental, and behavioral health visits from nearly 100k people annually. We do this in pursuit of our mission:

What is Neighborhood Healthcare?
Neighborhood Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing a wide range of medical, dental, and behavioral health services, along with programs and resources designed to improve the health and happiness of the communities we serve. Our mission is to provide quality care to every member of our community, regardless of situation or circumstance. As a private, non-profit 501(C) (3) community health organization, we serve 414,995 medical, dental, and behavioral health visits from 87,099 people annually.
What services are available at Neighborhood Healthcare?
Neighborhood Healthcare offers a wide range of quality health care and wellness services including Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Dental Care, Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Chiropractic, Podiatry, Acupuncture, Vision, Tattoo Removal, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and more. What are your hours?
Each of our locations has different hours of operation. For more information on location hours, click here. Our Patient Navigation Center is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00npm at 833-867-4642.
What languages do you speak?
All Neighborhood locations offer services in English and Spanish. Other locations and providers offer services in Arabic, Kurdish, Mandarin, Taiwanese, Tagalog, Italian, and Gujarati. If you are an established patient with Neighborhood Healthcare or a referring specialist with an existing referral, please contact our dedicated line to assist with authorization updates, changes, and any other referral concerns.

- Answer medical records and referrals questions
- When you call Neighborhood Healthcare, our Patient Navigation Center is your first point of contact.
Who can receive health care at Neighborhood?
Neighborhood offers quality health services to every member of our community, regardless of situation or circumstance. We offer low-cost, discounted care for uninsured patients. We also accept most insurance plans, including Medi-Cal and Medicare.
