Dr. Mia Monk loves to sing and play the ukulele. She also enjoys hiking, kayaking, playing singing bowls, meditation, journaling, and making home documentaries.
Dr. Sheena Cruz graduated from the University of California San Diego. She enjoys dancing, singing, playing piano, writing, traveling, and being a dog mom. Dr. Cruz speaks both English and Korean.
She is passionate about indoor gardening, caring for almost 100 species of tropical plants in her home, and experimenting with different substrates and lighting conditions to observe changes in leaf and flower color and shape. Dr. Cruz also loves aquascaping, designing scenes with driftwood, plants, and rocks for her electric blue crayfish. Since high school, she has been writing original songs on her guitar or ukulele and uploading them to YouTube.

Dr. Sona Naik enjoys watching and playing basketball, skiing, and traveling to explore the world. She has visited places like India, Europe, and Dubai, and is a Disneyland fanatic.
