As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Neighborhood Healthcare, Alex leads strategic operational initiatives that drive sustainable growth and exceptional care delivery. With over a decade of experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers, he focuses on optimizing resources, developing staff, and aligning operations with long-term goals for continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Previously, as Chief Growth Officer, Alex expanded services and implemented key strategies to enhance organizational performance. He has also held roles as Director of Operations and Revenue Cycle Director, further strengthening his expertise in operational efficiency and healthcare management. Alex holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor’s in Public Health from San Diego State University. He is also a graduate of the Clinic Leadership Institute and the UCLA/Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Program.
