Nap, siesta, shut-eye, slumber, doze, forty winks, snoozing. Whatever we call it, we seem to never quite get enough of it. Yet, sleep is just as important as nutrition and exercise for our overall physical and mental well-being. Having a sleep schedule is important to train our bodies to rest and recharge, however, the National Institute of Health estimates 30% of the general population complains of sleep disruption.
