Neighborhood Healthcare provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as:

Neighborhood Healthcare provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, including qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.

You can file a grievance in person or by mail, fax, or email. If you need help filing a grievance, the Clinic Manager is available to help you.

In addition to Federal laws, Neighborhood also complies with California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). The FEHA is enforced by the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) which is responsible for enforcing state laws that make it illegal to discriminate against a job applicant or employee because of a protected characteristic.
