Dr. Daniel Pearce has worked in African countries on ten different occasions and has also provided care in the Dominican Republic. He has experience as a clinical researcher and has several publications. Dr. Pearce will be retiring on January 1, 2024.

Dr. Pearce is passionate about helping vulnerable people and making a positive impact in their lives.

Valerie Vahdat, NP, moved from Oregon to California in 2020, bringing her many years of experience as an ER nurse before transitioning into public health and becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Her passion lies in providing compassionate care to vulnerable populations, and she finds great fulfillment in advocating for patients navigating the complexities of our healthcare system.

Outside of her professional life, Valerie Vahdat, NP, has been married for 20 years and is the proud parent of two boys, ages 12 and 15. She cherishes her family traditions, including yearly trips to Costa Rica to reconnect. She also loves adventures, such as the unforgettable six-month journey across the country, visiting all 48 lower states with her two cats in tow.
